Eka Beselia, a Chairman of the Legal Affairs Committee comments on the Case of Rustavi2 and underlines that no one from Georgian government has ever said that implementation of the European Court of Human Rights" decision was not mandatory.

According to her the Strasbourg Court"s decision is mandatory for all members of the European Council , However no one can change the content of the decision, taken at the national level.

" We respect judgment our Supreme Court, which is binding on the national level and it is impossible to change its content. We also respect the decision of the European Court and we will see if it will be a temporary or a final measure,"- said Eka Beselia.
