Shota Pakeljan`s questioning lasted for more than five hours. Pakeliani, who due to the inflicted injuries was rtaken to the hospital directly from the police station, accusses Isani- Samgori police officers of physical pressure and ill treatment. The suspect was unconscious for four days.

Tbilisi prosecutor`s office is carrying out the investigation into the possible abuse of authority from the side of the police. At what stage the investigation is now is unknown.

The defense is asking to give Pakeljan the victim status.
Police arrested Shota Pakeljan on March 23. The family alleges that he was beaten in the police and drugs were planted on him.
