Eliso Kiladze , the editor of " Chronica Plus" names Ioseb Gogashvili, a deputy Head of the State Security Service as a person, who has ordered an attack on Gela Khvedelidze, the former Deputy Interior Minister .
Ms. Kiladze appeals to the MIA and asks for timely response. As Kiladze states, she can not understand why the Minister refrains to comment on the issue.
As the journalist states, the government should timely and adequately response on such facts.
