The lawyers of Rustavi 2 TV company will sent the reasoned decision on the case of the Supreme Court to non-governmental organizations. The judgment will also be attached to the documentation to be sent to Strasbourg.

According to the lawyers, the decision contains a number ofconflicting circumstances and is not based on any evidence.

 "The decision contains a number of contradictory circumstances. For example, we believe that in connection with recusal , the Court has turned the norm of the Procedure Code into a dead norm. With this decision, we believe that the possibility to everybody that ever raise the question of recusal of judges has been restricted.

In fact, the Grand Chamber deprived everyone of the right if they believe that there is doubt about the impartiality of judges, to apply to this provision, "- said Tamta Muradashvili.

Rustavi-2"s lawyers say that the Supreme Court decision gives sufficient grounds to believe that Rustavi-2 will successfully defend their rights in Strasbourg.
