" It is very difficult to recuse judges of the Supreme Court"s Grand Chamber," - says Eva Gotsiridze , a High Council member in regard to Rustavi 2.
She states that she has no detailed information about the decision, taken by the Grand Chamber on the case of Rustavi2. According to Eva Gotsiridze, it is important that the Supreme Court has confirmed decisions, taken earlier.

" The Supreme Court consists of 13 judges, while there are nine judges in the Grand chamber. As I know, Rustavi 2 has appealed with a request to recuse four judges, while the other side"s request was to recuse seven judges,"- says Eva Gotsiridze.
