The reasoned decision of the Grand Chamber on Rustavi 2 case will be enclosed in the documents to be submitted to the Strasbourg Court. The Grand Chamber`s decision once again convinced Rustavi 2 lawyers that nine judges took the decision inn favor of Kibar Khalvashi as a result of political pressure.

According to Rustavi2 lawyers, 191-page ruling includes many conflicting circumstances.

According to the ruling which was handed to the parties yesterday, the judgesbelive that Kibar Khalvashi was forced to give away Rustavi 2, however,what was the evidence on the basis of which the Court took this decision remains unclear for the lawyers.

The judges refrain from speaking in detail about their decision on Rustavi2 case. Only judge Maya Vachadze made a comment and said that Rustavi-2 ruling is free from political influence.

The Chairperson of the Supreme Court did not answer any of the questions asked about Rustavi2 case. Nino Gvenetadze left the building from the back door without making a commens for the media .
