The moving of centenarian trees in Guria continues - due to the transportation of a beech tree from the village of Lower Natanebi to Dendrology Park,electricity and gas were disconnected in the village, power lines and traffic signs were damaged.

The movement at Natanebi-Ureki highway was hampered due to the ongoing work which also blocked the ambulance from reaching its destination.

This time the transportation of trees is carried out by a Turkish company.

In order to transport the centenarian beech, a number of pine and eucalyptus trees which were hindering the transportation process were cut down. After the transfer of
tree was completed , the restoration works were carried out late into the night.
