The attorneys of Eliso Kiladze`s son speaks about a new circumstance in the case. The video on the detention of David Kharshiladze has been spread today. Today, the defense will addresses the court with the request to change the preventive measure.

According to the attorneys, video recording of the eyewitness Shorena Laliashvili shows that the search was attended not by three but about 12 law enforcers. The witness also said that despite the request, she was not allowed to attend the search process.

"These footage is already evidence that violence against Kharshiladze was really conducted, and documents were falsified," Natia Kotrikadze said.

Shorena Laliashvili is summoned to the Prosecutor"s Office for questioning at 15:00 today.
