At this moment, the witness on the case of the son of Eliso Kiladze, the editor of the newspaper Cronical Plus is beeing interrogated at the Tbilisi Prosecutor`s Office.

Shorena Laliashvili is the person who shot the video of Davit Kharshiladze`s detention. According to Laliashvili, she is planning to provide the Prosecutor"s Office with detailed information concerning Davit Kharshiladze`s detention.

The witness of the case says that yesterday the video was handed over to the investigative agency. As to the question why she did not present a record to the Prosecutor`s Office before , Laliashvili says that she was afraid of publicizing the footage.

According to her, on April 6 law enforcers conducted investigative actions in her home. Investigative officials conducted the search based on the appeal of Eliso Kiladze, but because she had disposed of the footage it was impossible to get the video material.

"These tapes were not discovered before, I have a 19-year-old boy, I was scared, I knew what would happen and thought that it would be better to get rid of this film despite the fact that I wanted to help Eliso Kiladze and her son. The search was conducted, but they could not find the tape as i have thrown it away . But later on it was found at the garbage bin.

Shorena Laliashvili is with her lawyer at the investigative department now.
