The opposition links the artificial barriers, created on the occupied territories, due to which the population is not able to visit cemeteries of their ancestors and relatives with the government"s weak policy. According to them, there are many formats to fix such problems, however the government does not use them efficiently.

"In fact the government has done everything to ensure that Georgia will disappear from every international agenda, which would give us the opportunity to pressure Russians based on our interests. These facts once again confirm that neither the Abashidze-Karasin forma, not any other channel, with which Georgia communicates with Russia give any results,"- states Kote Ioseliani, a member of UNM";s political Council.
Sergo Ratiani, a member of European Georgia claims that the Georgian government should work more in direction of international pressure, to ensure protection of human rights.
