The "European Georgia" and "Free Democrats" have left the Constitutional Commission. Irakli Abesadze and Shalva Shavgulidze made a joint statement about this.

Opposition parties will not participate in the voting for the draft of the constitutional amendments on April 22.

According to them, the representatives of the parties will discuss a joint format, within which they will continue to work and will do everything to ensure that the package of amendments elaborated by the ruling team will not be enforced.
