"Under the circumstances, when 20% of our country is occupied, when the main source of statehood’s threat is Russian Federation, which does not take responsibility for non-use of weapons against Georgia and practically holds a hybrid war against Georgia. In the situation when the country should care for the safety 24 hours a day, the Constitutional Commission abolishes the Security Council which is the highest political advisory body, which discussed issues of national security, war and peace and leaves the country without the effective commander in chief, "- says David Rakviashvili.
