A confrontation took place after the trilateral negotiations in Gali between members of Rogava family and members of the Georgian side involved in negotiations .

Relatives of father and son Rogava stated that Kakhaber Kemoklidze, the deputy head of the analytical department of the State Security Service, and other representatives of Georgian side are "a mechanism for preserving Russian politics" and "a group of aprons."

Russian side demands a large amount of money as fine in return for release father, Archil Rogava and refuses to release Paata Rogava, his son. The court sentenced him to 2 months imprisonment.

Father and son are accused of illegal crossing of the occupation line and resisting so called border guards.
The Rogava family is socially vulnerable and can not pay a fine. Relatives are dissatisfied with the result of trilateral negotiations and are going to rally.
