The editor of the newspaper Kronika Plus puts under question the legal education of the judge in her son`s case. According to the journalist, Ketevan Jachvadze has no qualification to work on a criminal case.
The Institute where the Judge studied, as Kiladze and her lawyers claimopened the Law School after Ketevan Jachvadze was supposedly in her second year of studies.
The rector of the Institute does not agreed with Kiladze`s allegations that Davit Garejeli of Humanitarian-Technological Institute did not prepare qualified specialists.
Davit Garejeli Humanitarian-Technological Institute was located in Sagarejo. The Institute stopped functioning in 2006. The Chairman of the High Council of Justice does not view the qualification of the judge and the document proving the education as dubious. According to Levan Murusidze, Kiladze is an interested party and deliberately disseminates the wrong information in the address of the judge.
The main editor of the newspaper Kronika Plus was answered by the court. The Public Relations Department of the Tbilisi City Court declares that Ketevan Jachvadze is a judge appointed in full compliance with the Georgian legislation.
