Davit Usupashvili, the former chairman of the Parliament of Georgia assesses the process of amendments to the Constitution.

According to him, the government should not adopt the Constitution on the background of splitting and dividing the society.

The former chairperson of the parliament says that if the process will continue in this direction, the country will receive not the state , but the governmental constitution.
