Non-governmental organizations ask for the regularization of inspection in the constitution regarding the creation of safety employment environment. The topic of discussion is creating working environment that is not dangerous rather a safe area to work on. It is argued that the government should have a safety plan that is effective to protect workers safety and health that they would be responsible for; which is supported by Lina Gvinianidze, a lawyer for EMC. The representative of non-governmental organizations states that immediate action is necessary to solve this issue as statistics from 2016 show 58 people has died at work. As the tragic incident occurred in Tkibuli, the city’s sector discuss the significance of the investigation to find what happened.
