The motion , which was filed by the United Opposition in Tbilisi City Court today, implies Davit Narmania`s interrogation as a witness. The five opposition factions of the self-governing body of the capital think that the mayor of the city is responsible for illegal transfer of millions of property to judge Nata Nazghaidze`s family.

Judge did not manage to consider the motion of the opposition today. The court will discuss the issue at the next sitting. At today`s proceedings, the judge only satisfied the petitions of the City Coucil lawyer to involve the City Hall and the Property Management Agency in the case.

Tbilisi Mayor does not see the problem in answering the questions in the court. Davit Narmania says that if the court will make such a decision, all the high officials of the City Hall are ready to answer the questions.

Representatives of the opposition factions accuse Davit Narmania of corrupt deals and think that the judge of the Court of Appeal, Nata Nazaidze received the property for decision on Rustavi 2 case.
