The interrogation of the head of the State Audit should be renewed today. The process was delayed yesterday once again due to Lasha Tordia`s health condition.

In the nearest days the chief auditor is going to submit the documents to the relevant authorities, due to which, according to his assertion,the incident occurred.

It is about illegal transfer of land to the former Chief Prosecutor by Tbilisi City Hall.

At the same time, the briefing is held by Otar Partskhaladze`s lawyers today.

They claim that Otar Partskhaladze was not the initiator of the conflict in the night of May 13 and it was a provocation from Tordia`s side.
