Otar Tsotsoria states that pistol found in the house does not belong to him and speaks about pressure

Otar Tsotsoria, the brother of the Judge of European Court of Human Rights, Nana Tsotsoria categorically rules out that one of the weapons, found in his house, belongs to him.
As Tsotsoria states, he had two registered hunting rifles. As for the pistol, Tsotsoria underlines that he never owned it.

Otar Tsotsoria links the search operation,conducted in his house to his sister"s activities at the Human Rights Court of Strasbourg.

Lawyers are talking about violation of the search procedures . It is also unclear why the investigation has decided to carry out an urgent the operation when they would be able to take steps on the basis of a judicial decision.

According to Otar Tsotsoria, law enforcers were in his house about a month and a half ago.
