The Chief Prosecutors Office of Georgia requested materials from the State Audit Office regarding the transfer of lands by the City Hall to the former Chief Prosecutor Otar Partskhaladze . The statement released by the agency says.

"General Auditor Lasha Tordia made statements in the media not once where he pointed out that the State Audit Office of Georgia studied lawfulness of the issue of transfer of land plots by Tbilisi City Hall in 2016 and identified the signs of the crime.

"The audit materials should be immediately sent by the State Audit Office, the Prosecutor"s Office of Georgia has decided to withdraw these materials for the relevant legal response," the statement reads.
