The State Audit Office releases the results of audit of conformity of management and disposal of property owned by Tbilisi City Hall. The case deals with the agreement between the Tbilisi City Hall and the former Chief Prosecutor"s Ltd - BCR-CDG Development .According to the audit service, the company owned by Otar Partskhaladze has been demanding compensation from Tbilisi City Hall since 2012.

Specifically, the case concerns the ownership of 19 297 sq. M area located in the vicinity of Mziuri, on which lays the road, constructed by the Tbilisi municipality in 2012. It is about 97 meters of the road. The Deputy Head of the Audit Service has explained that the prepared interim report was based on the documentation submitted by the Tbilisi City Hall to the Audit Service and it was made public after the examination that the Audit Office"s head was attacked.
