Member of the Parliament of Georgia from the Alliance of Patriots, Gela MiKadze is one of those who has been se ntenced to a 15-year prison imprisonment for embezzling 17 million dollars.

Former Executive Director of Rakia Company was sentenced to imprisonment in absentia by the United Emirates Court.

The heads of the company were Khatar Masadi and Gela Mikadze. According to the court decision, Masada and MiKadze should return the money to the company. Masada is to pay 12 million 800 thousand dollars and Janashia"s $ 4 million 4 thousand dollars.

The case concerns signing of an agreement between the Poti Port and the company Risart Trade.

Masadidi was arrested at Gida Airport in September last year and is now awaiting for extradition from Saudi Arabia to the Emirates.

Gela Mikadze`s party does not have information about this decision of the United Emirates.

The company Rakia Holding states that the dispute has been going on for about six years now.
