The Georgian Young Lawyers` Association demands investigation of the transfer of millions of property to the brother of Natia Nazghaidze, a Rustavi 2 court judge.

The NGO will address the Chief Prosecutor`s Office today.

GYLA lawyers say that the case concerns not just a corrupt deal but an alleged civil offense that needs to be investigated.

The NGO also has questions with the corresponding agencies of the City Hall and asks to find out what connection can there be between Rustavi 2 case and the property transferred to Nazgaidze family.

"We address the Chief Prosecutor`s Office officially to initiate an investigation. If the investigation has already begun, then our request is to provide information regarding the article applied. Here we talk about the high officials of the City Hall, the Property Management Service and the most important thing is whether it is connected to Rustavi 2"s case, "- Sulkhan Saladze said.
