Mikheil Chinchaladze is appointed as the Chairperson of the Court of Appeals. The Supreme Council of Justice made a decision a few minutes ago.

Mikheil Chinchaladze was the only candidate for the position of Chairperson of the Court of Appeals.

Chinchaladze replaced Valerian Tsertsvadze, who has decided to resign several days ago. The High Council of Justice has received a notice on the resignation letter of the Court of Appeals.

Tsertsvadze has named the I Plus-related court dispute as a reason of his resignation.
