The Prime Minister of Georgia, Giorgi Kvirikashvili, expressed condolences to the families of people who died as a result of terrorist attack in Tehran.

"We are standing next to Iranians in this difficult time," Giorgi Kvirikashvili wrote on his Twitter page.
Twelve people were killed as a result of attacks in Tehran. Armed men dressed in women`s clothes first broke into the building of Mejlis . The second group opened fire at Ayatolla Khomeini mausoleum.

The Islamic State terrorist group has claimed responsibility for the terrorist attack.
