Irakli Kobakhidze, Chairman of Parliament of Georgia and Eka Beselia, Chairman of the Legal Issues Committee, met with the Patriarch of Georgia today. Father Kakhaber Gogotishvili, the Deputy head of the Patriarchate"s Foreign Relations Service confirms the information. According to him, the main theme of the conversation is constitutional amendments and constitutional monarchy.

As father Kakhaber states he is not aware about the position of the parliamentary majority in regard to the constitutional monarchy.
