"Such an important decision is always taken by people ," - Eka Beselia, the deputy chairperson of theGeorgian Dream faction spoke about the Constitutional Monarchy.

She thinks that no form of public inquiry should be excluded. Eka Beselia thinks that the issue of establishing a constitutional monarchy should be open to the public discussion which may turn to be a long-term plan.

"This is a process that is not connected to the Constitutional changes now. I want to say that this is not a compromise process, but the idea is very important and it comes from his Holiness, I personally do not hear this idea for the first time, and I have heard it many times before.
