Azerbaijan has answered only a small part out of five questions from the Strasbourg Court regarding Azeri journalist`s case. Official Baku answered only one question from the European Court of Justice.

The Georgian lawyer of Afgan Mukhtarali speaks about the demand with wich he addressed the Strasbourg Court at the beginning of the month.

"Today we have already received a response from the Azerbaijani state that medical examination of Afgan Mukhtarli was carried out on the last day of the deadline provided by the European Court and before that he did not receive any medical service, despite the fact that in the course of the whole investigation, Mukhtarli claimed that he had specific pain from injuries that he received during kidnapping, "-
Archil Chopikashvili said.

Azerbaijani journalist`s lawyer said that detention of Mukhtarli will be a heavy burden
for Georgia and Azerbaijan.

At the end of the month Archil Chopikashvili is waiting for another answer from the Strasbourg Court.
