United National Movement boycotts the extraordinary session of Parliament which has been called in regard to discuss the new draft constitution. Roman Gotsiridze, Chairman of United National Movement stated at the special briefing today.
"In such circumstances we will not take part in today"s special hearing and we boycott this extraordinary process of reviewing the constitution," he said.
It is not clear for members of United National Movement why Georgian Dream tries to review the constitutional amendments in accelerated manner and why they are not allowed to discuss the issue peacefully,"- Roman Gotsiridze said.
According to him, the ruling party focuses on other issues in the document and speaks about other issues in face to face discussions.
