Irakli Abesadze, a member of " European Georgia" spoke about the kidnapping of Azerbaijani journalist Afgan Mukhtarly during a speech at the plenary session today.

The MP says that "Georgian Dream" inherited a secure country, but turned it into threat to every citizen and the case of Afgan Mukhtarly is an example of it.

According to Abesadze, the Chief Prosecutor"s Office does not make any explanations regarding the case, as the Georgian government"s connection with the case is obvious.

We have got a country where people can not feel safe and in most cases the source of threat are law enforcement officers," -Irakli Abesadze said.
