Putin`s advisor is in Tbilisi

Vladimir Putin`s special representative arrived in Tbilisi with political messages from Moscow. Today, Mikheil Shvidkoy informed at the meeting in Tskneti NGOs and journalists about the plans of the Kremlin`s leader regarding Georgia. Putin and his attitude towards Georgia were mentioned several times at the meeting, but he also explained that Moscow does not intend to de-occupy the occupied Abkhazia and Tskhinvali region.

Vladimir Putin`s Special Representative will have meetings with Georgian government members and Prime Minister Kvirikshvili`s Advisor, but before the official talks will be discussed, he gave advice to the Georgian media to stop criticizing Moscow in exchange for thawing relations with the Kremlin.

The first meeting the Special Representative of the Russian President will hold with r, Zurab Abashidze, aSpecial Representative of the Prime Minister of Georgia on Relations with Russia. Shvidkoy says that the conversation will touchupon Russia-Georgia relations. Abashidze stated the opposite while commenting to the "Courier". He says that the meeting will be held in friendly environment and in unofficial circumstances.

We remind you that Mikheil Shvikovi was the advisor of the Russian president during the August war. His first scandalous statement on occupied territories dates back to 2008. The official representative of the Russian government said that the decision to recognize the independence of Abkhazia and South Ossetia by Moscow would not be reviewed.
