Public Defender met with population of Mtskheta-Mtianeti. One of the main problems in high mountainous villages is the high rate of migration. Part of villages do not have natural gas and the issue of drinking water is also problematic.

According to the population, the majority of locals can not afford registration of agricultural and homestead lands.
