Zurab Abashidze, a Special Representative of the Prime Minister of Georgia for Relations with Russia confirms the fact of meeting with Vladimir Putin"s Special Representative. Reportedly Mikhail Shvidkoy has arrived from Moscow with political messages.

He informed representatives of NGOs and journalists about the plans of the Kremlin in connection with Georgia at the meeting in Tskneti yesterday.

Mr. Abashidze says that private issues have been discussed during the meeting .

" I had a personal communication with Mr. Shvydkoy. I know him for a long time and as i said yesterday, we had communication in regard to specific personal issues. I do not know Mamontov at all. I heard on TV that law has been violated,"- Zurab Abashidze said.
