Six million lari bonuses were given out only in the last 4 months. Employees of nine ministries have received money of the country`s population. The official public information was publicized by the organization "Mediator" .

Majority of the bonuses were distributed in Mikheil Janelidze`s office - almost 800 thousand GEL. At the same time, the Ministry of Culture issued half a million on bonuses and supplements.
The granting of bonuses was limited by the resolution of the Government of 2014. In return, the agencies increased the frequency and number of wage supplements. National legislation does not regulate distribution of supplements at all. Because of this, supplements given out without any reasonableground are one of the main concerns of the Audit Service.

A part of the state agencies refuse to disclose the amount spent on supplements and bonuses.
