Inspectors and their commander who have participated in chase of 21 year old Beka Khukhubia are released from the courtroom on bail. The operation, which killed a young boy, took place on May 16. The policemen blocked the road in the Gori tunnel with a trailer. As a result, the car crashed into a trailer and the driver died.

The Prosecutor"s Office demanded a bail of 5 000 GEL for all policemen instead of imprisonment.

The Court has decided to dismiss the police officers before the final verdict on the case.

The attorney thinks that the decision to block the road was in line with the existing situation. According to him, his client does not feel guilty.
