Representatives of the ruling party evaluate a statement, according to which the parliamentary majority will approve the text of the constitutional amendments with the third hearing.

Davit Matakashvili, the deputy chairperson of the faction "Georgian Dream" states that the document will have a very good constitution in the case if it will be finally adopted.
" The constitution will be adopted. Georgia will have a very good constitution in terms of democratic development in its long-term perspective, "said Matikashvili.

The opposition assesses the statement. " European Georgia- Movement for Freedom " claims that the government tries to bring the country to a dead end.

" It seems that their goal is the project, which has been received by two hearings and no one agrees on this except of the majority , "said Tughushi.

According to Zaza Bibilashvili, deputy chairman of the political council of the United National Movement,states that this will be a step back.

"Today the Georgian Dream has confirmed that their goal was to addopt this one-party, anti-democratic and anti-state constitution, , "Bibilashvili said.
