The Tbilisi City Court has started a hearing on the case- Vladimer Kakabadze against Fadi Asli.Vladimer Kakabadze is the judge of the same instance of court.
Fadi Asli introduced his opinion to the court. The businessman says the judge is corrupt.

The judge sues the Chairperson of the International Chamber of Commerce for damaging his dignity and honor. The case is about Fadi Asli"s public statements, where he states that Vladimer Kakabadze a corrupt judge because of the decision made on several cases.

Kakabadze demands 20,000 GEL as compensation.
"I reiterate that Vladimir Kakabadze is a corrupt judge and nothing can change my opinion, no threats and no court decision. Judge Kakabadze spoiled his and Georgian Court"s reputation,"- said Fadi Asli.
