Shops have been flooded in Kutaisi as a result of heavy rain. Eyewitnesses say that the heavy rainfall damaged the drainage system that has not been able to drain water and it flooded the shopsa on ground floors.

According to the Deputy General Director of "Special Services", special technique was brought to clean and restore the system.
