"We failed to win the first instance court because there was no political will" - the Appeal Court will examine the suit of "Labor party"

The Court of Appeal will consider the Labor Party`s suit. The Labor Party protests against the decision of the first instance, according to which the applicant has been denied access to the violations revealed in the election process.

It is about the case registered in Isani polling station No 38 where as the Labor Party claimes, instead of Georgian citizens living abroad other persons voted illegally.

According to the lawyer, the court has all legal grounds to satisfy this claim.
