19-year-old Temirlan Machalikashvili, who was wounded in a special operation in the Pankisi Gorge, has died in hospital. According to the doctor, the situation was extremely complicated at dawn and it was impossible to save him. He was in comatose condition for almost two weeks

Temirlan Machalikashvili should have been taken to the clinic "Koch hospital" in Turkey. The hospital administration and the Ministry of Health of Georgia were settling the technical details.

The family demanded the transfer of the wounded young man in "Koch-hospital".
19-year-old Temirlan Machalikashvili was wounded in the head on December 26, 2017during a special operation in Pankisi,. During the special operation 4 persons were detained. The detainees are accused of having connections with the persons neutralized during the special operation in Gabriel Salosi Avenue in Tbilisi.
