The Court is to render decision on preventive measure for Anatoly Berdzenishvili detained on charges of assisting terrorist activities . The attorney visited the accused late last night.

According to him, the charges of the investigation are fictious . The
builder of the Holy Trinity Cathedral was detained two daysago as a result of the special operation. Berdzenishvili still uses the right to silence and does not plead guilty.
