Another cultural heritage monument, a former film studio building is for sale in Tbilisi. The historic building is located on Aghmashenebeli Avenue and was built in the 30s of last century and its status is protected by the law. The building now has a private owner, who bought it from the state years ago.

As the specialists say, selling a former film studio will be accompanied by a number of threats.

The owner of the building is "TBC" foundation. Representatives of the company say in private conversations that the new owner of the building will not have the right to destroy the building and change its appearance.
