So called Cyanide Case - trial continues in the Court of Appeals for an hour already

A trial on the so-called Cyanide Case continues for an hour already. Giorgi Mamaladze"s lawyer will deliver the final speech today. Giorgi Pantsulaia, the lawyer states that the existing evidence demonstrates the innocence of the deacon.

"An appeal of the Court friend- Professor Nona Todua that none of the evidence published by the prosecutor"s office include signs of criminal offense is very important ," Giorgi Pantsulaia said.

Prosecutor Zviad Gubeladze has noted that the prosecution does not expect something new from the defence. The prosecution hopes that the Court of Appeals will find Giorgi Mamaladze guilty of premeditated murder .
