Third sector against Tea Tsulukiani

Non-governmental sector against Tea Tsulukiani - the third sector blames Minister of Justice for failure to comply with court decisions. By the decision of the three instances of court, including the Supreme Court, the order of the subordinate body of Tea Tsulukiani, to dismiss employees was recognized as illegal.

However, the Justice Minister does not obey with the ruling.

According to the former employee of the Ministry of Justice, Ana Subeliani, she was hindered to implement her work during the whole last year.

"We were undesirable employees, because we were not conformers, we used not to agree with all her decision," said Ana Subeliani.

Former employee of the Ministry of Justice Tamaz Akhobadze says that their projects initiated by them were not supported, because there was perception in the ministry as if they were employed during the previous government.

Sulkhan Saladze, chairman of the Georgian Young Lawyers" Association, notes that the National Bureau of Enforcement fails to provide the execution of the decision.

"The fact that the administrative agency does not voluntarily fulfill the court"s decision is a dangerous tendency and it is a message from the Ministry of Justice that if the institution that is directly obliged to protect the law fails to provide it they can do the same, "- says Mr. Saladze.
