Interior Minister and the Chief Prosecutor General responded to the questions of lawyers of the accused in the murder of two pupils today. Giorgi Gakharia says that investigation is in progress and the expertise answers are expected. According to him the defense side will have the opportunity to prove their own versions.

"We consider it unambiguous that the process of investigation goes in the right way. If there are additional factors identified, it will be taken into consideration, "said the Minister of Internal Affairs Giorgi Gakharia .

As for the chief prosecutor Irakli Shotadze, he said that the Prosecutor"s Office is not going to protect anyone. According to Shotadze, there were some speculations on this issue and the employee whose son was involved in the case does not work in the Prosecutor"s Office any more.
