Kaladze discusses the general plan of Tbilisi with the members of the parliamentary majority behind the closed doors. The parliamentary opposition does not attend the meeting.

After the journalists" question, why the representatives do not attend the meeting, Kakha Kaladze addressed the leader of the parliamentary majority Archil Talakvadze:

"Archil, have you invited the opposition?" - Talakvadze said that members of all committees, who are related to the issues of self-governance have been invited.

According to Mayor of Tbilisi, it is the opposition"s problem that they do not attend the meeting. As Kaladze says, the opposition is not interested in the document of the capital development and land use. Kaladze says that the opposition can not even ask questions about the issue because they have not read the plan yet.

As for the closure of the meeting, Kaladze says that the session is closed because it is planned to introduce the document and the comments on the document only to the MPs.
