"Instead of analyzing the problems which the document speaks about. We receive attack on the NGO sector and such discourses are characteristic only for undemocratic countries, it is problematic that the government does not see the civil society as its partner. We are the best assessors of the situation in the country Don"t we know that there was the problem with "Rustavi 2", confirmed by the decision of the European Court of Human Rights, thr are problems with other media outlets . In this case, it was an attempt to distract the attention from the controversy that is in the Parliament of Georgia, "- said a lawyer, international law specialist, Davit Jandieri.

Sulkhan Saladze, chairman of the Georgian Young Lawyers" Association, believes that the ruling team is trying to overshadow the issue of controversy in the parliamentary majority by criticizing Freedom House.
