Irakli Kobakhidze issued 5 orders to MP Victor Japaridze to meet with Mirza Subeliani.

Viktor Japaridze was in prison at Subeliani on October 14 after the PS announcement on scandalous audio recording was broadcast on Rustavi2.

It is likely that October 14 is the real date when the government recorded a recording in response to Rustavi2, which the Public Prosecutor"s Office has released today.

On October 14, the Svetitskhovloba, Sunday, even the lawyers and clergy can not enter the penitenary establishments. It is not clear why this kind of permission was given to vsit Mirza Subeliani.

According to on.ge. the reason indicated in Irakli Kobakhidze"s order of MP"s visit to Subeliani is monitoring of his problem and situation.
