"Early parliamentary elections are ruled out," said Irakli Kobakhidze, the Chairman of the Parliament of Georgia.

According to Irakli Kobakhidze, they will not allow UNM to return to power.

" UNM has no chance to return. The public opinion is its guarantee and you"ll see it in the second round,"- Kobakhidze said.

Irakli Kobakhidze is sure that Salome Zurabichvili, a candidate supported by the ruling party will win in the second round.
