According to Giorgi Kobulia, the dissatisfaction of the public was revealed before the bill was finelly formed. Kobulia says that in case of a permit from the public, the government will make decisions on such issues.

"There was a lot of dissatisfaction of the society and we heard this and we have always stated that we are always saying that now such issues will be solved only after we receive permission from the public," the minister said.

The draft law on the cultivation / export of cannabis will be withdrawn from the parliament after the meeting held in the Patriarchate where the Interior Minister accompanied by the Chairman of the Parliament met with the clergy.
